As a pioneer in the Virtual Reality medium, Sam Macaroni is extremely passionate about creating exciting narrative driven VR content. He has produced original VR content with Disney, Sony, Lionsgate, Digital Domain, Epic Games, Jaunt, Google and more.
Prior to his VR career, Sam Macaroni was an Executive Producer/Director at The Walt Disney Company. While there he wrote and directed successful branded entertainment campaigns for M&M’s, Windex, AT&T, Canon, JCPenney, Hot Wheels, Pepsi, the NFL, and many more.
Currently, Sam works with motion picture studios to create impactful VR experiences to promote their films. He produced The Jungle Book 360 cast interviews for Disney, and directed the VR scenes for the upcoming feature film Ghosts of War. Sam has created VR content for television shows such as ABC’s America’s Funniest Home Videos and has created VR experiences for major brands like Playboy. In the music world, Sam has designed and filmed VR content for Madonna’s label Maverick as well as partnering with Live Nation to create VR content for their popular music festival The Electric Daisy Carnival.
Recently, Google funded Sam’s VR series Strangest Hotels to showcase Lenovo’s new 180 VR Mirage camera. Sam teaches VR production classes at USC, The New York Film Academy and Layola Marymount when he’s not working.
Tim is an Emmy award winning visual effects supervisor. He has worked with many top entertainment companies including Disney, FOX, CBS, NBC, Warner Brothers and IMAX.
Sean Bishop is recognized across the industry as a prolific animator, writer, and director. He has spearheaded several high-profile projects at DreamWorks Animation and The Walt Disney Studios. Sean is currently directing the animated television series Scooby-Doo for Warner Brothers.
